About the Author
Schindeler, F. F.: - F. F. SCHINDELER received his B.A. in history at Bethel College, St. Paul, and his B.D. at the Baptist Seminary in Louisville. From the University of Toronto he received his M.A. and PH.D. in political science. In 1963 he joined York University, which he is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science. Currently on leave from York University he is serving as coordinator with the Research Branch of the Ministry of State for Urban Affairs.
