About the Author
Randall S. Marshall (RSM), a semi-retired and successful practicing architect, in Washington, D.C., received a bachelor's degree in architecture from Howard University, Washington, D. C. For thirty-five years, he was the president and chief operating partner of Navy, Marshall & Associates, PC., an architectural corporation that completed projects, in the U. S. and overseas, having a total construction cost of over nine hundred fifty million US dollars ($950,000,000). Mr. Marshall, a second generation architect, is a grand nephew of the late John Alexander Melby, one of America's early architects, who attended the University of Illinois in 1899 and practiced in Washington, D. C. in the early nineteen hundreds. Mr. Marshall is the author of several books: Roulettechess, Lottochess, Part I and Lottochess Part II. He developed, tested and copyrighted Roulettechess technology over a period of twenty-five years. During this period, he discovered that it takes one complementary offense and defense, at the same time, to win with consistency, at roulette. Therefore, Roulettechess is partly about consistency of play and even bets, offensively and defensively. All of the books are unique in content and presented with the skill and practicality of an architect with additional special skills. Intent on creating a based economic system since 1979, RSM developed, patented and copyrighted unique, practical and comprehensive technology for effective tracking (monitoring), forecasting, wheeling (digit mixing), managing, selecting and placing numbers of 3 to 6-digit lottery game numbers to win state lottery games. Lottochess, Part I has 100 pages of General technology and Part II has 191 pages of wheeling technology. After over thirty years in the making, favorable news paper and magazine articles, a radio and television interview, Lottochess is now ready for your inspection and use.
