A land broker for over 50 years, he is a professional in all aspects of farm and land transactions, with an emphasis on subdivision and land development. A business school graduate of George Washington University, he holds the coveted title of VIRGINIA LAND SPECIALIST, as well as being a prominent speaker, teacher, author and editor on land related subjects, including authorship of the nationally-known real estate investment books, HOW YOU CAN GROW RICH THROUGH RURAL LAND - Starting from Scratch and HOW I TURNED $50 INTO 5 MILLION - Part Time.
