About the Author
Neville Warburton, CPT is a personal trainer who has been doing private and group fitness training for the past 13 years in Fairfield County, CT, as well as Westchester County, NY. As a Personal Fitness Trainer Neville creates and implements training programs that are client specific. He also developed a balance and stretching exercise program geared towards seniors, which he instructs at various locations throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties. He has great pride in his abilities to adapt to various age groups, from adolescents to seniors.
