A FAST PACED, WITTY AND INTRIGUING TALE FOR ALL ACTION ADVENTURE ROMANTICS OUT THERE....HOLD ON The subject is gold, but the story begins with Australian Dickey Kincaid simply wanting the truth while staring at a Zippo lighter. Why and how was his older brother killed on a mysterious military mission in early 1942 at the chaotic start of World War II in Singapore and Malaysia? Fast forward to 1952 where his unrelenting quest for the truth is just the beginning of a tale of 'Just Reward' wrapped in personal revelation, discovery and doing the right thing with honor. Unsuspectingly tangled in Dickey's cloudy mission master plan of lies, ruses and hoaxes are yank C-46 transport pilot John 'Cat' McCoy, his bombshell British copilot Trish Matthews, and Cat's forbidden love, the sultry Chinese raven haired Jasmine Chen, as they all journey along with him to their own discovery of the truth and what's important in life that takes them from Singapore to Malaysia, India and French Indo China (Vietnam). And not far behind them are the Singapore Police, Scotland Yard, the British Army and Indian Air Force. Singapore Gold is Lance Stouffer's best novel yet. It grabs you in from page one and won't let go. All the twists, turns and romance his fans expect are delivered shaken not stirred.

About the Author
Lance Stouffer first published a children's book, 'Ode to Miss Jasmine Cat' that was featured in the January 2005 issue of Cat Fancy Magazine along with the brilliant illustrations of Chicago artist Brian Bourke. He followed that in 2009 with his acclaimed romantic time travel novel 'Changed Fate, ' first in the three part Ed Drummond series dealing with fate. And newly released in January 2012 is his new action adventure romance novel 'Singapore Gold' which debuts Australian soldier of fortune Dickey Kincaid's TOSA files series that takes place in Southeast Asia in the early 1950's. Author quote: ".....I have always loved action adventure romance stories that come alive visually in your mind as you go along for the ride with a smile, spring in your step, fascination, wink in your eye and chuckle under your breath. They say you should write what you know and I try to do that. The characters in my stories you can identify with; ordinary men and women thrust into doing extraordinary things they never knew they could do. Their journey is what's exciting to me as the overall plot of the action adventure book is developed." INTERVIEWED in March 2010 by Orlando's 'Orange Splash Magazine, ' he answered these questions about the book 'Changed Fate - A Love Story Across Time'.... Orange Splash - Tell us a little about the story? Author - This is a love story that exemplifies the best in romantic time travel novels and is in the same genre as the book 'Bid Time Return' by science fiction writer Richard Matheson, which was made into the 1980 movie classic 'Somewhere in Time' starring Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour. My central characters, Nan Orland and Ed Drummond, have been unknowingly searching for each other their whole lives, separated only by time. They are finally brought together by the incredible circumstances of a 1952 airplane crash at Denver's Stapleton Airfield. Splash - Anything you wish to add to our conversation today? Author - Rescue missions are heroic. Answering a SOS call across time and attempting a rescue mission takes kahunas. Can I say that? I wrote this book for all you lovers and dreamers that can see all the possibilities out there with a smile! You will thoroughly enjoy 'Changed Fate
