About the Author BILL PIERCE (William Rogers Pierce) was born of water in April 4, 1938 at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington D.C. In June of 1979 he was born of the Spirit by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation, while reading a Bible in his living room at Gray Station, Tennessee. The Lord soon called him into prison ministry, and there he has faithfully served as a missionary before God and men for over 25 years.
