About the Author
Angela D. Coleman is an award-winning social entrepreneur, author, and matchmaker. She graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and a minor in African American Studies. Angela also earned a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University and a Masters in Business (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. She earned additional certificates from the Institute of African Holistic Medicine & Science and the North Carolina Board of Natural Hair Care & Holistic Science. In 1994, Angela founded Sisterhood Agenda, a nonprofit organization for women and girls. She resides in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, the home of Sisterhood Agenda's Sisterhood Empowerment Academy (SEA). In 2013, she founded the St. John Youth Coalition.
