About the Author
I am a licensed doctor of Chiropractic and have been in practice for 6 years now, I also hold many certifications in personal training and specialized rehabilitation in sports injury conditions. Previous to becoming a chiropractor I worked as a personal trainer for appx. 8 years at various locations such as Professional Sports Care clinic P.C. and Equinox fitness gyms. Fitness and health have always been a passion of mine, the human body and its many functions have always intrigued my interest. As a personal trainer I pride myself on the uniqueness and diversity of the training programs I would customize for my clients; which led me to write this book. I wanted to create a book that wandered away from your traditional exercise book and offered the seasoned gym rat other alternatives that would normally come from hiring an experienced trainer. This book focuses on preserving the key foundation of the human body which is our core, while exploring many ways to target muscle groups in a manner they have not been before.
