About the Author
Author Randolph C. Phelps is a native Vermonter and a resident of Costa Rica. He is the founder of the Vermont non-profit, Cristo Morpho, which established a sustainable, spiritual community located on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica, called The Cristo Morpho Community. During winters, he hosts visitors and directs the Cristo Morpho Volunteer Program, which focuses on immersion into the community through individual service projects, and fostering spiritual growth. Randolph was a wedding and stock photographer, travelingto Alaska and Australia to photograph the natives and wildlife. His photographs have been published in magazines such as Faces, Challenges, and vacation guides for Alaska Tourism Council and brochures for The Experiment in International Living. Randy is a certified yoga therapist, specializing in chronic conditions and restorative postures.
