Symmetry of Passion is the most complete collection of poems and translations by the author Steven Duplij (b.1954), in total, 341. The poems were written during the whole life of the author and reflect his different feelings about life and love and various approaches to being. The book consists of four parts: being, love, past, and translations. In addition to Contents, the book has an Alphabetical index of poems, and, as compared with other poetry books, the poems are numerated. All these considerably simplifies a search for concrete poems and recalls favorite ones by remembering their sequential number only. Most poems were presented at many poetry readings and because some of them are simultaneously songs to the guitar, concerts worldwide.

About the Author
Duplij, Steven: - Steven Duplij (Stepan Douplii) is a theoretical physicist, poet, and musician from Münster, Germany. Born in Chernyshevsk-Zabaikalsky, Russia, he studied and worked in Kharkov, Ukraine. He is a Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (Habilitation) and has more than a hundred scientific publications. His poems and mini-prose in Russian and English have been published in Russian and international literary journals. He is a Member of the Russian Union of Writers. He holds creative meetings with lovers of poetry and art, especially during foreign scientific trips to the USA, England, Germany, China, Spain and Poland. He has recorded several CD albums as well as individual songs at studios in Germany and USA. He has also authored books on poetry and prose in nine languages.
