About the Author
Paul Burton is a 35-year journalism veteran who started out covering City Hall and the State House in his native Boston, Mass. His career has brought him through Connecticut, New York State and New Jersey en route to New York City's financial district. He has extensively covered politics, sports and business, interviewed many high-profile newsmakers and, as a managing editor, helped foster the careers of many reporters. Later, he was a highly successful copy chief for a financial media company. Paul has hosted radio and cable television talk shows and has been a featured speaker at conferences. In addition, he is a contributing author to the four-volume book Notable Sports Figures (Gale, 2004). Paul lives in the Staten Island borough of New York City.
