Volume I contains four short stories that focus on topics such as physical abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, foster care, adoption, and self-esteem. There is a worksheet following each short story to assist with processing these difficult topics with children. The books can be utilized as an intervention, prevention, or awareness tool. They are primarily designed for children developmentally between the ages of 5-10, but can be enjoyed and utilized by all ages.
