About the Author
A lifelong Anglican, Margaret Bolton studied Reformation theology at the University of Kent specialising in the reign of Henry VIII. Her previous publications include works on the Dukes of York, Anne Boleyn and the history of the Isle of Thanet. Her other research interests include demographics, epidemiology and medical history.
