Welcome to The Eldridge.

Andrew Langston is a struggling New York artist on the verge of complete poverty when he receives news too good to be true: he's inherited an apartment, from an estranged uncle he never knew about.

The moment he sets foot in The Eldridge, an old building with an even older history, nothing seems right. Between the strict rules, the unusual tenants, and the visions that haunt him while both asleep and awake, Andrew doesn't know what to do or who to trust. He has to decide between staying inside the building's storied walls, or being out on the cold street. Then again, the choice may never have been his to make.
