She has written 43 cookbooks since 2005, including The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook and The Complete Slow Cooking for Two Cookbook, as well as Eating Clean for Dummies. Linda holds a bachelor of arts in biology from St. Olaf College, and a bachelor of science with High Distinction in food science and nutrition from the University of Minnesota.
