About the Author
Bruce Berman is a strategist, author, editor and observer of business and innovation trends. He heads Brody Berman Associates, a management consulting and communications firm in New York that advises IP holders, managers and investors. Bruce works with businesses to differentiate and convey intangible assets and explain disputes. Over a thirty-year career he has helped to improve the value and reputation more than 150 IP holders, managers, portfolios and service providers. Bruce has personally counselled many IP executives, litigators and private equity investors, and their clients.
