Also in 2009 Mary accepted an unexpected invitation to sell her one-of-a-kind dream home, give away nearly all her belongings, and embark on a make-it-up-as-you-go global adventure. Her motto is "At home wherever I am." The people she met and the lessons she learned have become the genesis of the "I-Accept-the-Invitation" Movement.
