About the Author
Bishop Tudor Bismark has touched the hearts, challenged the minds, and furnaced the spirits of millions of people all over the world. Since he first started as a 16 year old in Bulawayo in 1974 he has ministered the gospel for 40 years. Bishop Tudor J.P. Bismark, Sr., was born at 19 Magazine Road Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, on 5 January 1957 to the late Bishop Bernie Bismark and Shirley Bismark. Not born into a Christian family, Bishop Tudor's salvation moment came in January 1973 when he, his mother and sister, Bernadine, were the first to give their hearts to the Lord. The rest of the Bismark family followed suit soon after and then the entire family was converted and began serving in the local church. It was in July 1974 that Bishop Tudor preached his first message, "The Cross"; then he began preaching for revivals, churches and gatherings in the Bulawayo region. Even while in the army, Bishop Tudor served as the spiritual leader for the barracks at Rutanga military installation. During his service he shared his testimony to the young men he served with. Bishop Tudor was ordained as a pastor on the 8th of November 1980 in Harare, Zimbabwe and became the assistant pastor at New Life Temple in 1982. He was later appointed Senior Pastor in December of 1984, becoming a full time minister in 1985. He and his wife, Pastor ChiChi, have continued to pastor New Life Temple, later to become the present day New Life Covenant Church. Bishop Tudor Bismark is an apostolic voice to the nations. Since 1989, he has been serving as an Apostolic Father and mentor to ministries all over the world. He and his wife serve as the senior pastors of New Life Covenant Church in Harare, Zimbabwe, the headquarters church for Jabula New Life Ministries International. Bishop Bismark also serves as the Chairman of the Council of African Apostles, a wholly African initiative to bring the key apostolic voices of the African church to bear on uniquely African issues. An accomplished author, Bishop Bismark has penned more than 20 books and teaching manuals. He is a well sought after speaker and leadership expert. He has a passion to see people empowered and awakened to their God-ordained destiny and has purposed to help facilitate networks of Kingdom-minded believers raised in his lifetime. A man of immense humility, Bishop Bismark's message is simply "I Love my God, I love my family, I love my country and I love my church."
