Lisa Wyatt Knowlton, Ed.D.
Lisa received a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University, a M.P.A. in International Relations from Western Michigan University, and an Ed.D. in Management and Policy from Western Michigan University. She has experience in both the public and private sectors. Her work history includes extensive assignments in programming and management of private, community and corporate philanthropy as well as organizational development and government relations. She has managed many large social change projects as well as assignments with the Aspen Institute, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Independent Sector, Ball, Nokomis. W. K. Kellogg and Kauffman Foundations. Lisa is a W.K. Kellogg National Leadership Fellow and has considerable experience in Central America, Asia and Europe. A passion for learning and performance management supports her areas of specialization. They include strategy, organization development, social marketing, leadership, change management and systems thinking. Cynthia C. Phillips, Ph.D.Cynthia received a B.S. in Biology & Chemistry from Indiana University, an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University and a Ph.D. in Measurement, Research & Evaluation from Western Michigan University. She has a rich work history that includes extensive consultation with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Ball Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Nokomis, Kauffman, and the David and Lucile Packard Foundations in the design and implementation of evaluation, evaluation training and knowledge management projects. She is the author of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Logic Model Development Guide. Cynthia is a sought-after presenter on logic models and knowledge management. Her areas of specialization and expertise include: evaluation/measurement; knowledge management; organizational learning; logic models, quantitative and qualitative methods; electronic data collection and dissemination. Cynthia offers a user-friendly approach to evaluation capacity building. She is principal investigator, project manager, idea engineer and measurement expert with Phillips Wyatt Knowlton, Inc.
