About the Author
MaryAnn Raccosta has been writing since the second grade. She has been an artist long before her work has hit the market, and now, with her first publication she hopes to inspire others through her literary work. This narrative memoir provides insight to the lives of families living with chronically ill, often catastrophically ill, children. MaryAnn's true story of her "rare" boys, amazing daughter and loving family is enlightening. MaryAnn has a bachelors in Communication from Kutztown University and after almost 20 years in the Advertising and Print Production world, it was necessary for MaryAnn to become a stay-at-home mom for her two ill sons. Currently, MaryAnn is a certified nursing assistant and is pursuing a nursing degree. She also is working on her second book, a fictional novel about four young women who meet at medical school. MaryAnn lives in Lawrenceville, New Jersey with her family.
