One day, I told my colleagues that the Government of India could not privatize the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
They retorted that the Government would privatize all. They - further - said that the public servants would not get pension. Fearing this, a lecturer opted for voluntary retirement from service. This happened in 2001.
The learned judges of the Supreme Court of India cannot continue in office if they privatize the public assets. It was my conviction.
Therefore, I began to write letters to the Prime Minister of India, President of India, the Chief Justice of India, Chief Justices of some High Courts, and later to the International Court of Justice. I dropped the one page 10- point first letter on June 1, 2001.
After sending the first letter, I told one of my colleagues that I might require ten letters to down the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India.
I sent the copies of different letters to different newspapers all over the world. However, they chose not to publish them. I posted the first 724 letters in a blog -www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com - and uploaded some videos in the YouTube. They did not reach the people.
This led to the realization that the people all over the world have no liberty. The disqualification of the letters by the media proved that the important want of the people is knowledge.
I have submitted 1144 letters.
Now I know that even the Law of Nature demands the judges to protect the life and property of the people.
Life means life with dignity. The judges shall not help alienate the public assets, or deny liberty to the people to know this work.
I am converting the letters into books.
This book is in continuation of my book titled 'The Taliban and the USA'.
There are 50 chapters. The first chapter corresponds to letter No.1001 dated January 21, 2022, and the last chapter to letter No.1050 dated July 9, 2022.
