When it feels like there is something missing in life, it’s time to dig deep.
You may be at a point in your life where you feel accomplished, but underneath it all, something is missing.
Maybe you don’t feel fulfilled. Maybe you’re just going through the motions. Or maybe you are unsettled and in search of some wisdom, some meaning, and ultimately, some joy.
In This Is the Thing, intention enthusiast Shane Jackson takes a deep dive into the answers that elude us to get at the heart of both why and how we can find purpose and experience joy. He delivers insights into every corner of our lives—from relationships to the choices we make to how we spend our time.
Chapter by chapter, he offers experience, intuition, perspective, and reflection on specific slices of life, leaving the reader with gems that illuminate an actionable path to fulfillment.
