About the Author
Roache, Darcia Ann Marie: - Darcia Ann Marie Roache worked for private and public sector organizations in Jamaica in the capacity of accountant, director of administration, and acted as chief executive officer. Her work experiences also included research assistant and programme leader for organizations and universities in Csnada and America. Her passion for administrative work led to her pursuing both a master's and doctoral degree in Business Administration. She now works as research supervisor, second examiner, and adjunct faculty for the Universities of the West Indies, the Commonwealth Caribbean, Regina, Lakeland College, and the Management Institute for National Development. Dr. Roache obtained her second PhD in Educational Administration from the University of Saskatchewan. She has published several articles and book chapters on educational leadership, transformational leadership, positive leadership practices, social inequities, and manifestation of microaggression. Dr. Roache is a firm believer in the Lord Jesus, who guides and directs her pathway. Her career ambition is to become a professor.
