About the Author
Anne Crossman is a co-author of Getting the Best Out of College: A Professor, a Dean, and a Student Tell You How to Maximize Your Experience (Ten Speed Press, 2008). She has also written over two dozen children?s stories produced by Little Fox Publishing Company and has most recently published her first book of poems, Trying to Remember‹a memoir about Alzheimer?s. After teaching English in public high schools and military barracks for five years, she is taking time off from her day job to publish her third book‹ a humorous guide aimed at easing the study stupor of high school students. Anne studied at both Stanford and Duke University, earning a BA in English and a Certificate of Education, and currently lives with her husband and sons in Seattle, WA.
