About the Author

His transformational process work has been applied successfully with three Governor's Cabinets, top executive teams at the FBI, Medicare, HHS, NOAA, NASA, U.S. Marshals and all fifty Admirals in the U.S. Coast Guard, as well as numerous executive teams in the corporate arena. The essence of this transformation-in-thinking work is built around the premise that if we didn't cause so much resistance to begin with, we wouldn't have to work so hard to overcome it. Another tenet in bringing about transformation, is that all the answers ever needed to create any outcomes we desire are already available in the people doing the work. Solutions conduct Post 9.11 assessments assuring that Capitol Police had made the proper responses/changes in their ability to successfully protect the U.S. Congress. Doug's third book, The Missing Piece in Leadership: How to create the future you want, is in its 3rd printing. He has co-authored two books, Enlightened Leadership: Getting to the HEART of Change, (in its 31th printing. ) and Leadership Made Simple.
