About the Author
Barry is a trained electrical engineer, and has over 10 years serving hundreds of clients in the life, health, and retirement insurance business. His previous experience includes more than 25 years managing telecommunications operations in the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. In addition, he is also the author of "A Manager's Guide to Guerrilla Warfare," "Guess Who's Listening at the Other End of Your Telephone," "The Islamic Conquest of Europe 2020," and Helena, Texas "The Toughest Town on Earth" During the Vietnam Period, Barry served in the United States Naval Air Force as a Combat Air Crewman. Barry is a former kick-boxer, and has five children. Author Raymond Leeper has been a licensed insurance agent since 1987. Along with his father Paul Leeper (1938-2012) and brother Dale Leeper, he was one of the founding partners of the Leeper Group LLP. Raymond started working when he was 14 years old. He graduated from James Madison High School in San Antonio, Texas. For the past 24 years he has developed his expertise in the life insurance industry. As a second-generation life insurance professional, Raymond, along with his brother Dale, apprenticed under their father's guidance. Over his tenure as an agent, he has helped thousands of individuals and families save and receive millions of dollars in benefits. His unique understanding of life insurance and, financial and tax strategies could be learned only through his 24 years of experience as an apprentice to Paul Leeper. He has frequently been interviewed by the media as an expert in the area of healthcare reform, tax, and retirement planning.
