Doug's mantra is 'Give, Serve, Live!' Doug realizes that there are many people just like him who want to live passionately generous lives and just need someone to help them set up a structure that will help them do that. After starting his own nonprofit over 30 years ago, Doug has helped countless others start their own nonprofit so that they can live out their generosity. Whether it is a pet rescue, a reading program, a career education program, a mobile dental service, a farming program - no passion is too small or too unique. Doug loves to help you carry out your dream to live a passionately generous life. Doug attributes his desire to live a generous life to his parents who modeled generosity in the living out of their lives. When he was 10, his family moved to Latin America where they helped the disadvantaged. At the age of 14 Doug traveled throughout Guatemala serving as a translator as aid was distributed to those impacted by the terrible earthquake that shook that country. While Doug's work requires an extensive amount of travel, traversing different time zones and different cultures, his heart is at home in the Arizona desert.
