Miriam Hawley is CEO of Enlignment(R), Inc., a business coaching and consulting company specializing in leadership development, systems thinking and organizational change. She and her Enlignment co-founder, business partner and husband Jeffrey McIntyre work with other copreneurial couples as well as with executive management teams, entrepreneurs and business leaders globally. They co-authored You and Your Partner, Inc.: Entrepreneurial Couples Succeeding in Business, Life and Love. Miriam is a founder of the Boston Women's Health Book Collective, Inc., the organization responsible for writing the best seller Our Bodies, Ourselves. Originally published in 1972, this book shifted the national and international dialogue about women's health, sexuality and power. She is a highly regarded speaker and facilitator of dialogues that focus on unleashing visionary leadership at work, at home, in the community and in the world. She facilitates national forums and coaching calls for leaders and leadership teams with a focus on sustainability practices. With her lifelong passion for women's leadership, she conducts year-long coaching programs for executive and business women. Jeffrey McIntyre is President of Enlignment(R), Inc. He and his wife Miriam Hawley work with executive management teams and entrepreneurial individuals, couples and families. In partnership they co- authored You and Your Partner, Inc.: Entrepreneurial Couples Succeeding in Business, Life and Love. As an executive coach and leadership consultant, Jeffrey is expert in working with health and medical professionals. He is the creator of The Seven Intelligences of Leadership(R), a comprehensive, integrative and systemic approach to becoming an effective leader. An active member of The Society for Organizational Learning's Coaches Community of Practice, he led an initiative to create a SoL coaches certification course in systems thinking in action in 2009. The pilot program was launched in 2010 as Coaching from a Systems Perspective. He and his colleagues have taught this program to executive coaches and business leaders in the U.S., Asia and Europe. In 2007 Jeffrey worked with a team from the New England Chapter of the Family Firm Institute and the Northeastern University Center for Family Business to create the first annual Massachusetts Family Business awards, honoring the accomplishments of family businesses.
