What will you do with your "second fifty years"? Maybe something you always wanted to do, but couldn't for some earlier reason? Maybe something entirely new? And how do you do that....make the change? Doree Steinmann proposes that as more and more of us are living longer lives, we have the opportunity, the chance, to do many different things. There is no reason to get stuck in a boring, or no longer relevant career, or whatever we chose for the first 50 years, when we can have a whole second (or even third) career in our "second fifty years"! Producer, director, editor and host of the public broadcasting television show "Your Second Fifty Years", Doree has produced over 500 of these shows. She has now compiled many of those inspiring interviews in this book to give us all stimulus in deciding if our own lives can take a new path. Get inspired by these true stories and the amazing things people do with their second fifty years. Perhaps you'll find your own next career!
