About the Author
Jet Tila is a Cordon Bleu-trained celebrity chef, TV personality and the bestselling author of 101 Asian Dishes You Need to Cook Before You Die and 101 Epic Dishes. He was the floor reporter for Iron Chef America, and worked with Alton Brown on Cutthroat Kitchen where they became good friends (and remain so to this day). He has also appeared on shows like Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay. He is the "culinary ambassador" for Thailand. Jet lives in Los Angeles with his wife Ali.
