About the Author
Larry Steven McDonald earned a PhD from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a DMin from Reformed Theological Seminary. He is dean, director of doctor of ministry studies, and professor of Christian spirituality at the T. Walter Brashier Graduate School of Christian Ministry, North Greenville University, Greer, South Carolina. McDonald is the author of The Merging of Theology and Spirituality and contributor to The Encyclopedia of Christian Civilization. Matt Queen earned a PhD from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and is assistant professor of evangelism and associate dean for doctoral programs in the Roy Fish School of Evangelism and Missions, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas.
