Ziad was born in Beirut, Lebanon. He and his family left at the beginning of the Lebanese civil war. He grew up in Abu Dhabi.

United Arab Emirates and then settled in the Texas after he completed High School in Abu Dhabi. Ziad currently lives with his

mother and two young children in Arizona.
