About the Author
Peter Woronoff, A.T.R., B.C., has been a pioneering Art Therapist for over 40 years. He began practicing art therapy before most professionals in psychotherapy were even aware of the power of art therapy. He has worked with many abused people during this time and has learnt from them the honor that it is to be human. This book is dedicated to those who've been on the field of life, struggling to maintain dignity in the face of abusive environments. His studies in martial arts have augmented his belief in the power of the human spirit. He began his studies in the 1960's. Most of what he has learned has been in the "softer" martial arts: Aikido, Tai Chi, Shing I, Ba Gua. However, the yin and the yang mingle freely and you cannot have one without the other.
