Another Dark Place: finding oneself through found poetry

This original poetry collection stems from (and helps sort through) mental health struggles around sexual identity, finding oneself, and overcoming substance misuse. Poetry can be a fantastic way to express those feelings that, otherwise, we hold inside, poisoning ourselves. There is a way through, and words can help.

The poems are free-verse blackout and erasure poems "found" in an early draft of a creative non-fiction manuscript I wrote.
