It becomes big news when more than two dozen people mysteriously receive a stack of one hundred dollar bills in the mail. The story begins to unfold when Art Deleigh, a singer and songwriter, and his girlfriend, Tina Kloker, are surrounded by state troopers in Kentucky and then transferred into the custody of federal agents. Art believes he'll be going to prison for a very long time, or he'll become a national hero.
