About the Author
Buford, Travasa: - Travasa Buford is a Henderson, Kentucky native and resides now in Huntsville, Alabama. She is the proud mother of Ra'Mon aka Ray & Rod Holloway. She has been in advertising for 20 years and is currently the Digital Media Manager for WZDX News, a FOX affiliate. In 2010 she launched, hosted and co-produced, "My Color is Beautiful." A half hour show dedicated to women and men of color on WEHT NEWS 25, an ABC affiliate in Henderson, Kentucky. She is a member of Eagles' Nest Ministries Church under the leadership of Bishop Daniel J. Richardson, where she oversees the Media Ministry. She also handles the Media Ministry for her home church that she is close with in Evansville Indiana, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Rabon L. Turner Sr. Travasa is very active in the community by mentoring young girls and speaking with women that are going through various trials and storms. She also writes daily Devotionals that reach thousands of people every day from her ministry, TNHB Inspirations, LLC.
