Beloved, Be Loved!

Contrary to popular opinion, God is not the "man upstairs." Nor is He harsh or punitive, another common misconception. As our Creator, He has given each of us a way to forgiveness through the death on the cross and resurrection of Jesus, which was His eternal plan that began before He created the world. God is not just a bigger, better one of us. Yet though He is immeasurable, God is not unknowable, by His own choice. God actually desires a close, personal relationship with those He created, as He wants to share His love with us. God's love, called "agape" in Greek, is different than any love ever experienced - unconditional, sacrificial and all-encompassing. This book is addressed to the beloved of God.
