The photographer Lars Beusker from Westphalia specializes in animal portraits and has been awarded the Nature Photographer of the Year 2022 Award for this. As often as he can, he travels into the wilderness and captures unique moments in black and white, the likes of which have rarely been seen. His unique selling point: making eye contact with the animals to create a unique intimacy. His works are represented in galleries worldwide and now appear in Beusker's first monograph.
