Melanie Dilday lives where ever her heart takes her. Born in South Africa to Dutch parents, she lives in various parts of Australia and Asia, mostly following the sun. Her social media business allows her flexibility and freedom, two of her most treasured attributes. She's always enjoyed writing, but it took 50 monkeys and a dog to inspire her to write this book. Through her journey towards enlightenment and peace of mind, Melanie has developed a clear and easy-to-follow guide for others and plans on running workshops based on some of the practices in Buddha in a Red Dress.
