About the Author
David B Johnson burst from his mother's womb in a pre-dawn assault on Houston, Texas. While his birth went according to plan, the rest of his life proved to be anything but typical. The All-American boy has had a life full of adventures down roads less traveled. Beginning his military career early, David attended The United States Naval Academy directly out of high school. Upon graduation, he served on board the USS Kauffman FFG-59. Looking for a change of pace and dry land, he found his next challenged as a qualified Airborne Ranger serving in Baghdad, Iraq. Two tours and twelve years later, he stepped back into a civilian life and into yet another journey of reinvention. David now resides and works in Los Angeles, California as a military technical advisor, actor and writer. When he's not indulging in farcical publishing, he can be found running the Pacific coastline or working his game - on the golf course. Combat Kamasutra is David's first book.
