About the Author
Scott McPherson is a Family Physician who has practiced for over thirty years in a multitude of settings. He served on active duty, with the United States Air Force, in Texas and South Dakota, and has traveled widely since joining the Nebraska Air National Guard as a flight surgeon. In the 1980's he and his family spent over a year as missionaries in Zaire, now known as Congo. In addition his career has taken him around the world from Europe and Asia to Antarctica to nearly every continent. He is the father of five daughters and loves being a grandparent.
