Life Can Be Full Of Dandelions and Sometimes All You Can Do Is Dodge Them. "You can do nothing, you can dig them out, or you can use chemicals to eliminate them. But chances are, as time goes by, more dandelions will appear." That's what Ron Richards and his wife, Sara, were told along with the news that cancer had returned. But her cancer was just one of the problems they would face. Told from a uniquely male point of view, Dodging Dandelions gives a starkly honest account of how one family chose to take the high road through multiple bouts with cancer, a child's mental health issues, and other obstacles that sometimes seemed insurmountable. This personal and memorable story: -Presents a rare view from a husband's perspective on his wife's illness, -Inspires with a true story of challenge and everyday heroism, and -Offers hope to those who seek to find the internal strength to keep moving forward.
