Ike Heckler Jr., Team Owner of IH Racing and driver of the Nostalgia Super Stock 1967 Pontiac LeMans featured in the book, has drag raced for the past 10 years and has had over 50 round wins at various tracks across the national NHRA drag racing circuit. During the past 5 years, Ike has secured corporate sponsorships from such companies as CARQUEST Auto Parts, Remax Realty, VP Racing Fuels, Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts, Lucas Oil, Giant Recreation World, and Hunyady Auction Company. Ike and his '67 LeMans have gained national recognition from articles in National Dragster, Fastest Street Car, and High Performance Pontiac magazines, and in various episodes on SPEED channel's PINKS All Out ! and PINKS All Outtakes ! Each year with sponsor support, Ike races a full race schedule across the country and each of these events has very high visibility for IH Racing's sponsors.
