Scott Harrison is a fitness and nutrition expert, celebrity trainer, life coach, motivational speaker, black belt karate instructor, chef and founder of acclaimed fitness programs The Six Pack Revolution and SPR Juniors. Fed up with being "just another overweight parent", Scott set himself a challenge to get a six pack in 90 days.
