About the Author
Cornelia Eleanor "Ellen" Long Hinkleman, born in Hamilton, North Carolina. Moved to Baltimore, Maryland, and married at the age of 17 to Francis George Hinkleman. She lived her entire life in Maryland. Had 4 children, in order of age, Cathy, Douglas, Victor, and Jeffrey. Her life had many ups and downs, she had lung cancer at the age of 37, survived it and lived an additional 40 years, these years were considered gifted years to her and her family. She was fortunate enough to experience an extreme LOVE, and unfortunate enough to loose this love! Feel her happiness, her pain and suffering throughout her deliciously descriptive poetry.
