About the Author
The author is your average middle aged person who was going about his normal life when he was blindsided by false allegations of child sexual abuse by the mother of his nephews. The accusations were completely untrue and at first he thought he could talk to the family and try to figure out why they would believe such horrible things. The situation spiraled out of control and the author was forced to get a lawyer after police showed up at his door with a search warrant. He spent the next few years fighting to prove his innocence because so many people had convicted him in their minds based on lies and no evidence. Child Abuse is a very serious crime. Allegations are equally serious as the author came to realize. You could spend the rest of your life in prison because of a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of a child's statements. If you or a loved one has been accused it is critical you start building a defense as soon as possible. Innocent people do go to jail and you do not want to be one of them. The author has written this book and shared his experience going through the process to help others who have false claims of child abuse against them. The lessons he learned the hard way can give you an advantage as you go through the legal system. Reading this book can open your eyes and stress the urgency that you are in the fight of your life. Don't give up, take action to prove your innocence.
