Fearful Freddy Froggy

Freddy is afraid to leave his home because of what or who might hurt him out in the world. On a "good day" he makes a promise to his friend Tiny Tad that looks up to him to play but then his fear sets in and he isn't sure what to do. Freddy's heart wants to go but his head says no and he can't seem to find a way out! Freddy then practices mindfulness and self compassion by speaking kindly to himself using encouraging words. Freddy makes a change and makes his way out to play! He teaches his friends and himself that anything is possible with gentleness, determination and love.
