Award winning Chef Jamie Allred creates three recipes around each farm in order to bring an authentic field-to-table experience to his patrons. The recipes incorporate unique ingredients native to the area: apples, beets, Swiss chard, winter squash, eggplant, carrots, kale, leeks, and sunchokes, to name a few.
