About the Author
Karen Dubs is a registered yoga teacher, a certified Pilates and Spinning instructor, a personal stretcher and a health coach specializing in flexibility, balance and recovery. She produced the Flexible Warrior Athletic Yoga DVD series with Spinervals and has taught yoga and stretching multiple seasons for The Baltimore Ravens football team and the University of Maryland Terrapins men's basketball team, in addition to private and group sessions for runners, triathletes, golfers, lacrosse and soccer players. Karen helped Olympic Pentathlete Suzanne Stettinius stay recovered and flexible while training for five sports leading up to the 2012 London Olympic games. Karen enjoys teaching fundraiser yoga classes for her favorite charity organizations, Believe Big, Knights of Heroes and Back On My Feet. She also loves teaching Flexibility for Warriors sessions at Charm City Run in Baltimore and doing private recovery, stretch and mash sessions with athletes of all levels and sports. Karen lives near Baltimore, Maryland with her husband, Jon, and their rescue pup Stella.
