About the Author
I have worked in the electronic manufacturing sector for 32 years. In the first 5 years I worked as a design engineer, using the then newly available 4-bit microcontrollers. I was also one of the first proud owners of an Acorn home computer. The following 4 years were spent gaining experience of managing teams as well as engaging with other departments like sales and marketing and getting a wider understanding of how an organisation really ticks. The next 24 years have been very spent starting and growing my own business. This has given me a wide range of experiences. I am a Princes Trust mentor and have helped numerous businesses over the last 8 years. I have 3 books published and available on Amazon.
